Meet The Renee Butler Team 

Renee Butler, QSC, CRS, President and Owner of Broker's Realty of Central Florida, Inc.

Renee first became a licensed realtor in 1978 after attending Polk Community College and Florida Southern College. In 1981, she established Brokers Realty of Central Florida, Inc., and the full-service real estate firm has grown to include more than 40 agents with no signs to stop expansion. She is Quality Service Certified, Certified Residential Broker, relocation specialist and Florida Notary. Because of her strong commitment to provide excellent service and her personal sales success, Renee has earned the Multi-Million Dollar Producer designation for the past 21 years.

Born in Portageville, Missouri, Renee resides in Winter Haven and has one son, John. Her hobbies include cooking and selling real estate. Active in the Winter Haven community, Renee is a youth motivator through the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce and has served two terms on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee, appointed by the Governor. She is a member of Lake Region Golf and Country Club, sponsor of numerous youth athletic functions, advisor for Polk Community College Athletics Dept., a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church and often attends North Side Assembly of God in Lakeland with her father. Renee also served consecutive years on the Professional Standards Committee for East Polk County Association of Realtors and is a repeat speaker for Lake Region Career Day. 

Karel Cain, REALTOR®, Listing Specialist

Karel is a 19 year veteran of the real estate industry and contributes a strong background in construction and extensive sales & transaction management skills to the team. Her professionalism, experience, work ethic & attention to detail mark her contribution to the team! 

Chris Britt, REALTOR®, Buyers Specialist 

Chris first joined Brokers Realty in 2002. His focus is exclusively working with buyers. He pays close attention to you, the customer, to get you the best home that suits your needs for location and home quality, while staying within your budget. His work ethics are a great contribution to you the consumer and the Renee Butler Team. From negotiating your home purchase contract to giving you the keys to your new home, customer satisfaction is my #1 priority. 

Lillian Thomas, Client Service Manager

Lillian takes special care of all details concerning our listings & communicates with clients and Realtors for showings and feedback. She also oversees our client management system. Her strong administrative background and managerial skills ensure that nothing is overlooked on the day to day intricacies of client customer service during the listing period! 

Elle Polesel, Transaction Manager

Elle brings a strong financial background and customer relation skills to our team. She is actively involved in every intricate detail of the transaction once under contract to ensure our clients a smooth closing. Her courteous and professional demeanor truly reflects the spirit of our team! 

Joyce Terry, Operations Manager

Joyce plays an integral role in the efficiency and high service standards set by the team. She is our very own team photographer, installs signs, delivers brochures and lockboxes and aids in the production and application of our marketing materials. She keeps us running smoothly!
